RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Enarah by EmmTee strives for customer satisfaction. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase as per the following policy!
RETURN
All merchandise shipped in defective condition may be returned by

For all refund requests against debit/credit cards or Cash on Delivery, due to defective products and/or wrong shipments, you will be refunded via IBFT. Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
Most refunds will process in approximately 2–3 days after the complaint has been forwarded. Additional processing delays may occur and we will keep you updated about them.
Disclaimer, if you change your mind about a product or a design, you're not entitled to a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGES
You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. For us to facilitate you with this, email us a written record of the reason for the exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please ensure that;
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The label is not removed.
- The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Items that have been used will not be accepted as an exchange.
- Items that have any kind of stain or mark, emit body odor or perfume scent, or have been damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
- Items will be exchanged at the current prevailing price.
- In case the item is no longer available, the exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.
